We are excited to offer a compassionate, dedicated Speech and Language Therapist the opportunity to join our team at The Laurels on a part time, permanent basis.

Located just two miles from Lincoln's city centre, The Laurels neurological rehabilitation service provides accommodation for 12 adult residents. The facility is fully adapted for wheelchair access and boasts en-suite bathrooms, a therapy room, training kitchen, and a community garden.

At The Laurels, we specialise in supporting patients with acquired brain injury, traumatic brain injury, severe neurological conditions, complex stroke, and spinal cord injury.

Our interdisciplinary team is composed of skilled professionals, including a Rehabilitation Consultant, Neuropsychology, Speech and Language Therapy, Physiotherapy and Occupational Therapy, work together to develop person-centred, evidence-based rehabilitation care plans that aim to maximise independence and recovery., Active Care Group is a UK-based provider of complex care, supporting over 2,000 clients across more than 60 locations, with services spanning neurological rehabilitation, mental health, respiratory care, learning disabilities, and supported living.
