Specialty / Specialist / CESR Doctor in Emergency Medicine

Main duties of the job

o Maintain the highest clinical standards in the management of emergency services.

o Shared responsibility for the day to day management of the clinical areas.

o Responsible for providing high quality leadership and effective team working.

o Teaching and training of junior doctors, nurses and other staff.

o Responsible for active participation in continuing medical education.

o Participate in audit and quality assurance processes.

We have an increasing cohort of consultants with a broad range of interests to include search and rescue, dive medicine, research and development and expedition medicine.
