Specialty Psychiatrist in AOT / Depot and Clozapine Clinic

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Speciality Grade doctor to work in our new award-winning Assertive outreach (AOT) and depot/clozapine service. The AOT service is a newly funded service. . You will work alongside the Brent community Mental Health Team, and the Adult Home Treatment Team and will receive supervision from the adult consultant psychiatrist., The aim of an AOT service and Depot/Clozapine is to deliver integrated, trauma-informed, community based mental health care for our most vulnerable patients with serious mental health conditions adults, reducing hospital admissions and improving quality of life through holistic, multidisciplinary, and collaborative working, reducing hospital admissions and improving quality of life through holistic, multidisciplinary, and collaborative working

The position requires MB BS or equivalent medical qualification. Full GMC Registration with a license to practice to be section 12(2) MHA 1983 approved (or achieve within 6 months of appointment).

There will be extensive support for you to achieve your personal development goals and enhance your CPD activity.o The Trust has a highly active programme of academic meetings every week at Brent Mental Health Unit, Northwick Park Hospital. There is also a large Grand Round for the whole trust at the 350 Euston Road HQ every other month.

£63,696 to £102,689 a year plus London weighting of £2162 per annum pro rata
