The ENT Department formspart ofthe Head & Neck Department (along with Ophthalmology and Maxillo Facial Services) within EastKentHospitals.TheHeadandNeckdepartmentispartofthe Critical Care, Anaesthetics, & Specialist Surgery Care Group. The Associate Medical Director for the Care Group Mr Nic Goodger, Consultant. For ENT, the Deputy General Manager, Miss Katie Harrison and the ENT Clinical Lead Mr Chris Theokli

§ Audityourclinicaloutcomes,reportclinical incidents and alert the trust to risk
