Full Job Description
The Care of the Elderly (DOME) team at Worthing Hospital is looking for two part time Speciality Coordinators to join their team to manage a full and comprehensive administrative service for the Consultants and medical staff.
- To act as the first point of contact, for service users.
- To monitor inpatient and outpatient commitments of the consultant and medical team and escalate when appropriate.
- Coordinate and allocate work within the admin team to ensure the effective and efficient operation of the administrative function., We are in the midst of expanding our medical team and the services provided within it. We are seeking to recruit enthusiastic, motivated and forward thinking individuals who are keen to support the DOME team in this time of exciting change.
We are looking for an individual who has the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues, patients and the medical staff.Previous secretarial/administration experience and excellent audio typing skills are essential.
