Full Job Description
- Deliver bespoke one-to-one and small-group educational sessions across core and wider curriculum subjects.
- Complete baseline assessments and develop tailored learning plans to address gaps in attainment and engagement.
- Support young people to achieve recognised qualifications and accreditations, including alternative learning pathways and vocational awards.
- Work collaboratively with Youth Justice practitioners, schools, SEND teams, CAMHS and external partners to coordinate effective educational support.
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), PGCE or an equivalent teaching qualification. - Level 3 Award in Education and Training (or equivalent) is considered where supported by significant relevant experience.
- Evidence of ongoing professional development in education, SEND or youth services. Experience
- Experience working with vulnerable children and young people within education, youth justice, alternative provision or specialist support services.
- Proven ability to engage learners with complex needs, attendance concerns or disrupted educational histories.
