Full Job Description

Our curriculum is thoughtfully personalised and delivered through carefully designed pathways to meet the needs of each individual. This approach ensures that every child has the opportunity to thrive both academically and personally.

At the heart of our school are our three core values: Courage, Pride and Resilience. These values underpin everything we do from the classroom to the playground and help create a culture where our children feel safe, respected and inspired to grow into confident, capable young people. St. Clare's is more than just a school, it is a community built on kindness, respect and inclusion. We are proud of our children, not just for what they achieve, but for who they become. With the right support, high expectations and an unshakable belief in their potential, our students go on to lead enriched and purposeful lives. We encourage applications from individuals who, after reviewing the application pack, believe they have the right skills, experience and personal qualities to contribute to our school community. The Specialist Teaching & Learning Assistant will provide academic and pastoral support to our children and young people who have an Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP).
