Full Job Description
Many of the people we support have experienced trauma, exclusion, or services that haven't worked for them. Your role will be to provide consistent, person-centred support, helping individuals build safer, more independent and fulfilling lives. You'll use Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) approaches, follow support plans, encourage community participation, and support people with daily living, personal care and developing independence.
- Experience and a good knowledge of supporting people with learning disabilities and/or autism
- Experience and a good knowledge of working with complex behaviours or high support needs
- The ability to stay calm, patient and empathetic in challenging situations
- Commitment to person-centred support and PBS approaches
- A full UK Driving Licence (desirable)
- A minimum of 12 months on your right to work is required
- We have full time, part time, waking nights and bank positions available
