Specialist SEND Tutor - Wokingham & Surrounding Areas
Make a Real Difference Through Personalised Education
Quantum Scholars is seeking compassionate and experienced Specialist SEND Tutors to provide bespoke 1:1 support for children and young people across Wokingham and surrounding areas .
This rewarding role involves supporting pupils who require alternative provision or additional educational support due to SEND, SEMH needs, anxiety, school avoidance, medical needs, or gaps in education.
The Role
Deliver tailored 1:1 tuition sessions in the home or community settings Support pupils with a range of SEND, including Autism, ADHD, SEMH, and learning difficulties Adapt learning to meet individual needs and build confidence, engagement, and independence Support core subjects such as English and Maths while promoting emotional wellbeing
What We're Looking For
Experience working with children or young people with SEND or additional needs Background in tutoring, teaching, mentoring, youth work, pastoral support, or similar Patient, adaptable, and able to build positive relationships Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one) Full Right to Work in the UK Ability to travel to sessions across Wokingham and surrounding areas
