Full Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Specialist SEND Teaching Assistant to join our Junior School team, supporting pupils across Years 3 to 7. The successful candidate will work closely with pupils who have a range of diagnosed Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), dyslexia, and other learning differences. This role involves both 1:1 support, small group and in-class assistance, ensuring that all pupils can access learning and thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.
