Are you looking for a new challenge and want to be part of a dynamic specialist respiratory team? Are you looking for a job with a difference? Do you enjoy working independently, as part of a supportive team? Do you have excellent communication skills? If so, we have just the role for you to further develop and broaden your clinical respiratory practice! This role is advertised as a Band 6, however we would welcome Band 5 applicants to apply who are interested in a Band 5 to 6 developmental role.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and forward-thinking Nurse or Physiotherapist with a passion for respiratory care to join our friendly multi-disciplinary team. You will be able to further develop your chronic respiratory disease management skills through supporting patients on a mixture of patient pathways, including delivering Pulmonary Rehabilitation, assessing patients on and for oxygen therapy, as well as supporting patients with acute COPD exacerbations at home through our Supported Discharge and Admission Avoidance pathways.

If you are committed to providing high quality patient care, willing to learn and enjoy working in a friendly, proactive and supportive environment, please let us talk to you about the opportunities available!

With over 13,000 staff working in the community and local hospitals, we deliver care at every stage of life, helping people live their best and healthiest lives.

Our mental health services include community-based support and early intervention in psychosis (EIP) for both adults and young people, alongside a network of specialist inpatient wards covering forensic, learning disability, eating disorder and older person's care.

We deliver extensive physical health services too, from urgent community response teams helping frail and older patients remain safely at home, to hospitals at home teams providing acute-level care in familiar surroundings. Our neurological services offer rehabilitation and treatment for conditions including Multiple Sclerosis, Parkinson's Disease, Motor Neurone Disease, Head Injury, Cerebral Palsy and Stroke. Across Hampshire, our community hospitals provide inpatient rehabilitation as a step down from acute care, and our dedicated teams also staff Treetops Sexual Assault Referral Centre in Portsmouth, offering expert, compassionate support.

Everything we do is underpinned by our CARE values of compassion, accountability, respect and excellence
