Deliver safe, patient-centred nursing care in patients' homes
Conduct clinical assessments and make independent clinical decisions
Administer IV therapies and subcutaneous injections
Manage and care for IV devices
Maintain accurate clinical documentation
Identify and escalate clinical risks appropriately
Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams
Support patient wellbeing and safeguarding

Registered General Nurse (RGN) - NMC Registered
Acute care nursing experience
Experience with IV therapies and IV devices
Competent in clinical assessments and autonomous decision-making
Experience administering subcutaneous injections
Full UK Driving Licence
