Our service includes a range of activities from the aseptic preparation of radiopharmaceuticals and blood cell radioisotope labelling for the purposes ofdiagnostic imaging, batch manufacture, clinical trials, and quality control laboratory activities. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced technician or scientistwith experience in radiopharmaceutical or aseptic production to further develop their career in a world leading center. The successful applicant will be activelyinvolved in Radiopharmacy Production at St Bartholomew's Hospital providing high quality, safe, efficient radiopharmaceuticals manufacturing and maintaining thesupply chain to customers.We are looking to recruit a highly motivated specialist technician, who is able to work effectively in a team delivering safe and effective service to customers, in linewith GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) and other relevant regulations. The Radiopharmacy department formspart of the Imaging department which relies on close working relationships between a number of different staff groups including scientists, pharmacy technicians, imaging technologists, physicists and clinicians.We are a MHRA Manufacturer's Specials Licenced Radiopharmacy, who also holda MIA(IMA) License,
supplying key radiopharmaceuticals to Nuclear Medicine &Imaging departments within our Trust and to other hospitals., Barts Health is one of the largest NHS trusts in the country, and one of Britain's leading healthcare providers.
