- MBBS or equivalent
- Full GMC registration and licence to practise
- Section 12 approval
- AC status or within 6 months Experience Essential
- Knowledge, skills and experience relevant to this post
- At least 7 year's experience at SAS level or equivalent
- At least 12 year's experience since primary medical qualification Person Specification Qualifications Essential

- At least 12 year's experience since primary medical qualification
To be eligible to apply for this post, you must have at least 12 years of experience as a medical professional since your primary medical qualification was obtained. Applicants must also have Approved Clinician (AC) status/approval and be on the AC Register or be eligible for AC approval (7 years of experience in psychiatry, with more than 1 year of practice after S12(2) approval). There may be the opportunity for the postholder to join one of the On Call rotas if you hold the necessary qualification and registration. Additional remuneration would be payable for this.
