Are you a passionate and motivated Podiatrist looking to develop your career in a supportive and forward-thinking team?, The post will be primary based in Brighton, however there will be a requirement to travel to satellite clinics across Brighton & Hove and East Sussex. Therefore, a full driving license and access to a suitable vehicle is a key requirement for this role., As a Specialist Podiatrist, you will:

  • Deliver high-quality podiatric care to a diverse caseload, including patients with diabetes, chronic neuropathy, vascular conditions, and basic wound care needs.
  • Work autonomously & collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team across a variety of settings, including community clinics, patients' homes, residential homes, & hospital clinics.
  • Undertake domiciliary visits for housebound patients (non-complex cases).
  • Develop & implement individualised care plans under the guidance of Specialist Lead Podiatrists.
  • Play an active role in the support, supervision, and development of undergraduate and post-graduate podiatry students.
  • Participate in service development initiatives, clinical supervision, & reflective practice.
  • Maintain accurate clinical records, ensure equipment and stock are managed in line with departmental protocols.

    HCPC-registered Podiatrist.
  • Demonstrable post-registration experience in a range of clinical areas, including high-risk foot care.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with patients, carers, and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Ability to manage a varied caseload and work flexibly across different clinical environments.
