Full Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate candidate to join the department of Older People's Services at Ipswich Hospital, part of East Suffolk and North East Essex foundation as a specialist physiotherapist in frailty.,
- Provide specialist assessment and treatment of patients with diverse and complex presentations within the integrated frailty service. Provide an evidence based frailty physiotherapy service that adheres to CSP, HCPC and CQC clinical and quality standards.
- To ensure as far as is reasonably practical the safety of the patients in your care.
- Contribute to the supervision and assist in the development of junior physiotherapists, non qualified staff and students.
- Contribute to the development of the integrated frailty service and undertake audit of both clinical practice and processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Demonstrate commitment to continuous professional development.
