Full Job Description
+ Provide high-quality, person-centred care for patients with complex needs.
+ Work collaboratively with MDT colleagues to support safe and effective patient flow.

+ Strong academic links with Cardiff University and involvement in student education., To work alongside members of the multidisciplinary team to deliver physiotherapy services to patients within these specialist clinical areas. This will include patients with multi-pathology and complex need and those with cognitive and behavioural problems.
They will have responsibility for managing their own patient caseload. They will participate in the on call service (overnight and weekends) where they will work independently, managing the respiratory needs of complex critically ill patients.
In addition they will provide support for the clinical supervision of physiotherapists, student physiotherapists and support staff.
+ Relevant clinical experience and enthusiasm for respiratory care.
+ Flexibility and commitment to high-quality service delivery.
