Full Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated pharmacist to join the Medicines Effectiveness team as an Immunology and Clinical Commissioning Pharmacist on a 10-month secondment. The post will provide specialist pharmacy support to Immunology services, contribute to immunoglobulin programme work and support commissioning activities across the Trust. This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience in a highly specialised area of pharmacy practice while supporting delivery of key service priorities during the temporary secondment of the substantive post holder., The postholder will provide specialist pharmacy support to Immunology services at OUH and support commissioning-related activities during a 10-month secondment cover period. Responsibilities include supporting immunoglobulin services, maintaining the immunoglobulin database programme, providing specialist medicines advice, contributing to service development initiatives, and working with multidisciplinary teams and commissioners to ensure high-quality patient care and effective use of specialised medicines.
