Fixed term Full /Part Time Specialist Physiotherapist, Pelvic Health Band 6 University Hospitals Dorset based between Poole, Christchurch and some support of Perinatal clinics at Royal Bournemouth. We are pleased to offer the opportunity to support the pelvic health physio team to improve the current long waiter referral to treatment pathway for patients with pelvic floor dysfunction. The role includes delivery of care commencement within face to face clinics, telephone triage and treat processes, follow up physiotherapy and support of group education sessions including back fill and release of other team members. The post holder may also contribute to data capture representing efficiencies and benefits to patient care.,
- You will: + Provide evidence-based, specialist care to perinatal, urogynecology, male and colorectal patients. + Contribute to key aspects of the service, mentoring of Band 5 and students and supporting the wider Pelvic Health Physiotherapy team, including cross-site and off-site working. + Promote and deliver a high quality, evidence-based, customer-focused service + Work within national and local guidelines, including working at off-site clinics You will have an excellent track record of Team working, be able to demonstrate how to find solutions collaboratively and undertake supporting junior staff and students alongside your own CPD and learning profile.
