Full Job Description

As a Specialist Occupational Therapist, you will:
Deliver safe, innovative, evidence-based OT interventions grounded in neuroplasticity and motor re-learning principlesManage and prioritise a complex caseload, acting as a Key Worker for patients to coordinate their rehabilitation journeyContribute to diagnosis, problem formulation, and rehabilitation planning as part of an MDTPlan and support safe discharges, including prescribing and providing equipment where neededMaintain high standards of clinical records and ensure timely, effective communication with patients, families, the MDT, and external agenciesSupervise junior staff, assistants, and students and contribute to in-service trainingTake part in service developments and may occasionally provide cover at our nearby Chislehurst site

HCPC-registered Occupational TherapistExperience working within a neurorehabilitation settingConfident managing a complex caseload and delivering patient-centred interventionsMotivated, collaborative, and committed to delivering meaningful outcomesSuccessful candidates will be required to undergo an Enhanced DBS
