Specialist Nurse Safeguarding / Child Protection Advisor

The Specialist Nurse Safeguarding Children/Child Protection Advisor, is an important role within the wider Safeguarding Children Team. The Post holder provides expert advice to all Trust staff who are worried about the welfare of a child. They help support the duty system within the Trust advising and supporting in a calm and contained manner., The Post holder will provide expert safeguarding children advice and guidance to Trust staff via the trust single point of contact phone and email system. They will support the MARAC process for children young people and unborn babies.
