Principal Responsibilities Provide direct clinical nursing care to Transcend service users Obtain bloods for routine screening Deliver deep Intramuscular injections of GRNH analogues in line with clinical standards and profiles Interview, assess and monitor the wellbeing of service users under direct care of Transcend utilising biopsychosocial principals Support the delivery of treatment from colleagues Understand role of, engage and refer to partner agents as appropriate Maintain up to date knowledge of clinical issues and developments in the treatment of Gender Incongruence Maintain record keeping in line with professional and Trust standards Be an active member of MDT To deliver training Caseload managment Engage in regular supervision and PACE reviews Undertake and participate in research and audit as relevant to role and service objectives Be aware of and adhere to Trust policies and procedures which are applicable to the role Complete risk assessments and ensure that risks are

identified and reported as they arise Undertake appropriate training and act as a clinical mentor within the service.
