Full Job Description
The Community Neurology Service provides condition management support for over 850 clients with long-term progressive neurological conditions. The role is varied and will provide the post holder with varied neurological experience and we welcome applicants who are keen to develop in the are of neurology. You will receive ongoing support from an enthusiastic team of experienced practitioners and neurological physiotherapists., This is a dynamic team who value everyone's contributions. The community neurology service work closely with professionals both in Dorset Health Care, Acutes , Social Services and Voluntary Sector. We welcome pre-visits to discuss the role and meet the team prior to interview.
