Specialist Neurodevelopmental Trainer & Clinical Assessor

This is a dual-role position combining neurodiversity training and clinical assessment within a multidisciplinary team focused on supporting children, young people, and adults., We are excited to offer a unique dual-role opportunity within our growing service, joining a passionate and supportive multidisciplinary team dedicated to making a meaningful difference in the lives of children, young people and adults. Our services specialise in neurodiversity training built by clinicians for individuals, families, schools and organisations, and in delivering high-quality, evidence-based autism, ADHD assessments through both NHS-funded and private referral pathways.

As a Specialist Neurodevelopmental Trainer & Clinical Assessor you will play a key role in the development of training content for our Evolve International Skills and Research Academy, creating training courses and modules about neurodiversity, providing high quality, informed learning packages for parents, individuals, businesses and educational settings. Our training aims to support and empower people to be in neuroinclusive in their businesses & settings as well as enriching peoples leaning to help them better understand themselves and others.

In addition, you will contribute to comprehensive neurodevelopmental assessments, helping to ensure timely and accurate diagnoses that enable children, young people, their families and adults to access appropriate support and achieve improved outcomes.
