Full Job Description
Experiencing symptoms of Early Onset Psychosis/At risk mental state.
Have co-existing substance use needs.
Display Harmful Sexual behaviour., To be able to skilfully engage young people and their families.
To be able to confidently and independently carry out mental health and risk assessments, devise plans of care and offer a range of interventions within a community setting.
