Working within a centralised team approach across different campuses . Your key duties include:Make phone calls to apprentices who have been flagged for Needs Assessment as part of their Cognassist assessment. Talk through learners' Cognassist assessment results with them and encourage their engagement with learning modulesRecord the support you deliver on the Cognassist platform and One FileAttend EHCP reviews as required and offer
