Full Job Description
We are seeking a qualified in Level 7 SpLD Assessors or equivalent to join our college as an Exams Access Arrangements Coordinator and Assessor to play a pivotal role in ensuring that students with additional learning needs receive the appropriate support during examinations and assessments. This position is responsible for the planning, organisation, management and delivery of internal and external examination access arrangements, as well as ensuring full compliance with awarding body regulatory requirements (e.g. JCQ)., You will work closely with teaching staff, support teams, and external bodies to manage, assess and implement exams access arrangements and ensure that every student has fair access to assessments in line with statutory guidelines. Previous experience is desirable.

Hours of work: Part-time 3 days per week, term time only. The postholder will have an opportunity to work 1 day per week away from the college site.
Salary: The salary for this post will be up to point 13 on the Sixth Form College's Pay scale for support staff, which is currently £30,444 FTE (up to £15,555 pro-rated), and this will be adjusted in line with the hours and term-time contract.
