Full Job Description
We are looking for a confident and motivated Dietitian to join our Dietetic and Speech Therapy Team at The Hillingdon Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust., The clinical caseload includes providing a high quality, evidence-based specialist dietetic service to the Stroke Unit, respiratory ward, second cover to the neuro-rehab wards and other acute wards. The post holder will run a general outpatient clinic weekly. The post holder will be involved in educating staff on matters relating to nutrition and catering and will supervise student dietitians on placement. The post holder will be expected to manage their caseload independently and will be involved in department wide projects and service improvements.
The Hillingdon Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is the only acute Hospital in the London Borough of Hillingdon and offers a wide range of services including accident and emergency, inpatient care, day surgery, outpatient clinics and maternity services. The Trust's services at Mount Vernon Hospital include routine day surgery, delivered at a modern treatment centre, a minor injuries unit and outpatient clinics.
