Full Job Description
We are looking for reliable and experienced Specialist Cleaning Operatives / Drivers to join our team.
This is a varied, hands-on role involving specialist and commercial cleaning across a range of sites. The successful candidates will travel to different locations depending on operational requirements, so a full UK driving licence is essential.
Duties may include:
-Commercial and deep cleaning
-End-of-tenancy and property cleans
-Builders and post-construction cleans
-Carpet and upholstery cleaning
-Pressure washing and external cleaning
-Waste and property clearances
-Pest-control cleaning and proofing work
-Specialist cleans following incidents or contamination
-Cleaning and sanitising affected areas
-Using specialist cleaning equipment and products
-Completing work to a consistently high standard
-Following site-specific health & safety procedures and risk assessments
