Specialist Production: Deliver high-quality Parottas, Dosas, and Indo-Chinese dishes. Kitchen Excellence: Maintain 5-star hygiene standards and Level 2 Food Safety compliance. Teamwork: Work collaboratively without a "chef ego"-supporting the Manager and Head Chef in all operations. Efficiency: Manage portion control and minimize waste to protect margins. Mentorship: Share your expertise with junior staff and contribute to seasonal menu ideas.
Technical Skill: Proven expertise in authentic Parotta and Wok cooking. Attitude: A hardworking, flexible approach with a focus on team success. Experience: Background in high-volume, high-standard vegetarian kitchens. Compliance: Must hold a valid Level 2 Food Hygiene certificate.,
