Special Needs Learning Support Assistant

You will be supporting students on a 1:1 and small group basis, helping to create a positive and engaging learning environment. This role is ideal for someone patient, proactive, and passionate about making a real difference in young people's lives.

• A Level 3 qualification in Care or Education is preferred, but not essential
• Previous experience in a similar setting or transferable experience is desirable
• A driving licence and access to a personal vehicle is beneficial for accessing the school location, but not essential for the role itself, A caring and empathetic approach
• Strong communication skills
• The ability to build positive relationships with students and staff
• A willingness to learn and adapt within a specialist setting
