Full Job Description
- Deliver tailored, engaging lessons in line with EHCP targets
- Build strong relationships with pupils using positive behaviour strategies
- Work collaboratively with a skilled team of support staff and therapists
- Maintain a calm and consistent classroom environment
- Be flexible and adaptable to meet the varied needs of our learners
We're looking for teachers who are: - Experienced in working with children and young people with behaviours that can challenge
- Confident in using de-escalation techniques and restorative practices
- Flexible, patient, and emotionally resilient
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS or QTLS) required
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willing to apply for one Whether you're an experienced SEN teacher or a mainstream teacher looking to transition into specialist education, we'd love to hear from you.
