Do you want to lead the strategic use of space across a complex University estate, harnessing data, digital tools, and evolving technologies to inform future planning?
As Space Manager, you will lead the strategic and operational management of the University's space portfolio, ensuring that space is planned, allocated, and utilised effectively to support teaching, research, and professional services.
You will provide leadership to a multi-disciplinary team responsible for space data, systems, and planning. This includes the management of land, building and room data within the University's space management system (Planon), oversight of CAD and BIM functions, and the delivery of robust space analytics. Through the effective use of systems, data governance, and insight, you will support evidence-based decision-making and strategic planning, to aid the optimisation of the University's estate.
You will lead the development and implementation of the University's space management policies, helping to ensure alignment with institutional priorities and our master planning framework emerging from the Campus Reimagined project.
