Full Job Description
This role will encompass a wide variety of material coordination responsibilities to enable successful project and product manufacture and delivery. Responsible for kitting of components to Operations, inventory and stock control and acceptance of incoming material through inspection and allocation to production trial. The role requires strong analytical skills along with demonstrated success in working in a dynamic, ever changing, high mix, low volume environment.,
- Prepare kitted component parts to Operations to meet production plans and build schedules ensuring that all SAP and SAP ME transactions are accurately performed.
- Ensure product identification and configuration through assigning serial numbers of finished devices on SAP / SAP ME and associated product labelling.
- Product packaging according to specification ensuring compliance to all quality requirements. Include manufacturing data as required by the contract e.g. Test Results and As Built List.
- Perform appropriate SAP / SAP ME transactions to transfer product from finished goods through to despatch.
- Handle product appropriately according to quality and Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) specifications.

Desired experience in a manufacturing environment and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience - Knowledge of MRP and working with various ERP/Sap systems
- Excellent communications skills both written and verbal
- Analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to perform in teamwork situations and handle multiple competing priorities
- Willingness to work in a cleanroom 5/6 environment with appropriate PPE
- Sense of urgency and self-motivation; ability to work independent
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Essential Experience Familiar with ERP systems preferably SAP and competent user of Microsoft Office. Must be able to communicate at all levels both written and orally.
