As a Spa & Wellness Supervisor, you will support the Spa & Wellness Manager in the day-to-day operation of the spa, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, outstanding standards, and strong commercial performance.
You will lead and motivate the spa team, oversee daily operations across treatment rooms and wellness facilities, and help drive revenue through memberships, spa days, treatments and retail sales. You will deputise for the Spa & Wellness Manager when required while ensuring every guest receives the warm and welcoming Warner Hotels experience.
You'll play a key role in creating a relaxing and professional environment where guests can focus on their wellbeing while encouraging loyalty and repeat visits.

What skills do I need?
Previous supervisory or team leadership experience.
Experience within a spa, wellness, beauty, hospitality or leisure environment.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Commercial awareness with experience working towards sales, revenue or performance targets.
Ability to coach, motivate and develop colleagues to achieve results.
Good administration and IT skills.
Experience managing stock, rotas and operational standards would be advantageous.
A flexible approach to working hours, including weekends and bank holidays.
