Spa Therapists

The successful candidate will start on Monday 14th September or earlier. They will complete at least 4 weeks of onboarding at their assigned location in Birmingham. The onboarding period will allow them to learn about the brand, meet their colleagues and begin training. Training Upon completion of the onboarding period, you will attend a 6-week training course at the Lush Spa Training Center in Poole, Dorset. This training period will run Monday through Friday and you will learn 6 of our core treatments. To be considered for this role, you must be available for travel to Poole on Sunday 11th October and available for the entire training period, which begins on Monday 12th October and ends on Friday 20th November. Travel expenses to and from Poole will be covered by LUSH, as well as travel expenses for a weekend of your choice during the training period. Additionally, accommodations in Poole will be provided for the duration of your stay.,

• Performing Lush Spa Treatments following set routines and standards
• Representing the Lush Spa on the shop floor and across the business
• Looking after clients' experiences, making sure their journey runs smoothly
• Supporting the day-to-day running of the spa
• Booking and upselling treatments using our booking system
• Maintaining high standards in the spa (cleanliness, presentation, hygiene...)
• Being responsible for your own wellbeing using the available tools that are provided
• Training your colleagues and new starters in your skill set
• Giving and receiving clear feedback
• Keeping product & treatment knowledge up to date
• Supporting stock control
  
  An NVQ Level 3 qualification in Beauty Therapy or equivalent in Holistic Therapy, which includes full-body massage.
• Practical work experience within a similar role performing body massages and facials.
• Passionate about delivering excellent customer service and treatments.
• Passionate about representing the LUSH brand, ethics and products both on the shop floor and in the Spa.
