Full Job Description
Spa Therapist required for our popular Spa Rate of Pay / Hours Contract Location Relax and enjoy providing a Zen experience for every guest. You will be required to maintain and develop client relationships and deliver levels of service that consistently exceed the expectations of our guests. As a Spa Therapist you will be passionate about delivering treatments and amazing hospitality to our clients. You will be keen to learn about Templespa products and gain experience in a high end Spa. Main Duties-
- Carrying out a range of Templespa treatments to a high standard
- Maintain the standards of the Spa by supervising the team
- Welcoming clients in to the Spa for their treatments in a 5 manner
- Booking in clients on Spa computer system and taking phone calls
- Achieving retail targets
- Building a regular client base
- Ensuring treatment rooms and the Spa are kept clean and tidy to a high standard
- Minimum Level 3 in Beauty therapy or equivalent
