Full Job Description
Deliver professional massage and holistic treatments to the highest standards.
Provide personalised consultations and treatment recommendations.
Promote spa services, treatments and retail products.
Maintain exceptional standards of cleanliness, presentation and hygiene.
Support the team in achieving guest satisfaction and sales targets.
Ensure treatment rooms, equipment and products are fully prepared and stocked.
Create a welcoming, relaxing and memorable experience for every guest.
Level 3 qualification in Massage or Holistic Therapy (or equivalent).
A passion for health, wellbeing and guest care.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A positive, team-focused approach.
Confidence in recommending treatments and retail products.
Desirable:
Experience within a luxury or 5 star spa environment.
Additional therapy qualifications, such as Hot Stones or Reflexology.
Experience with premium spa brands such as Elemis or ESPA.
