Spa Receptionist

As the first point of contact for our spa guests, you'll play a key role in creating exceptional experiences from the moment they arrive. Whether you're welcoming guests with a warm smile, assisting with bookings, helping them discover our facilities, or ensuring every visit runs smoothly, you'll be at the heart of delivering the outstanding service for which The Celtic Collection is renowned.

Assist with guest enquiries, bookings, and day-to-day reception duties
Escalate guest feedback and complaints to the Spa Manager, providing full and accurate details
Maintain guest feedback trackers and collate responses from Spa and Leisure teams
Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of the hotel's facilities, services, and events
Organise and maintain departmental filing systems and records
Produce reports and ensure information is accurate and up to date
Support the smooth operation of the department through effective administration
Monitor stock levels and assist with purchase requests and store requisitions as required

Previous reception, administration, or customer service experience
Strong organisational and communication skills
Experience using Microsoft Office and Outlook
A professional, friendly, and confident manner
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively
Experience providing administrative support, maintaining records, and managing stock or retail administration would be advantageous
