Full Job Description
As a Spa Receptionist, our guests experience is everything and we want our guests to have the best first impression possible. You will ensure our guests feel comfortable, welcomed and informed about their booking. Additionally, you'll support the Therapists with replenishing fresh towels, stock and materials as required. You will require an eye for detail in your day-to-day role. Ensuring the inside and outside areas are kept clean and tidy, maintaining high standards throughout the day for our guests.
With five treatment rooms, a sauna, steam room, nail room, outdoor heated hydrotherapy pool, garden terrace, and relaxation room. THE PIG-in the Cotswolds' Fieldhouse is our space for wellbeing.
The Fieldhouse requires you to take pride in your work acting with discretion for our guests during their treatments and relaxation time. We are dedicated to making THE PIGs an inspiring, exciting, and fun place to work and in return for your hard work you can expect something a little different:
