Spa Receptionist

Are you a friendly and organized individual with a passion for providing exceptional customer service? Foxhills Collection is currently seeking a dedicated Spa Receptionist to join our team and be the first point of contact for guests visiting our luxurious spa facilities.,

• Welcome and greet guests in a warm and friendly manner as they arrive at the spa reception area
• Assist guests with scheduling appointments, providing information on available treatments, packages, and promotions, and answering inquiries about spa services
• Handle phone calls and emails promptly and courteously, providing accurate information and assistance to guests
• Coordinate with spa therapists to ensure timely and efficient scheduling of appointments and services
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the spa reception area, including desk, waiting area, and retail displays
• Process payments for spa services, retail purchases, and gift certificates, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
  
  Previous experience in a customer service or receptionist role, preferably in a spa, hospitality, or retail environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail
• Proficiency in computer systems and booking software
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by spa schedules and business needs
