As a Spa Receptionist, you will provide a professional, prompt and friendly service to all guests as they arrive to the Aqua Sana Reception, in line with Company and Industry standards. You will ensure the smooth running of the reception area on a day-to-day basis, taking care of all guest bookings and queries ensuring treatment and retail sales are maximised and we deliver the highest standard of guest care and profitability. Working as part of a team, the role requires a professional but outgoing approach, accompanied with enthusiasm at all times and a passion to deliver customer satisfaction.

• Previous experience of working within a similar role / beauty industry
• Previous experience of working in a customer service environment

Desirable requirements:
• Previous experience with spa / leisure booking system
• Previous experience working in a retail environment with proven sales records
  
  You will be contracted to work 96 hours per 4-week period on a flexible basis - hours of work are from 8am-9.30pm, normally 8 hours in length, 3 days out of 7 working alternate weekends. This means that your days and hours of work could vary each week, but you will always receive at least your contracted hours each period.
