As Spa Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operation of the spa, ensuring exceptional service standards, maximum revenue performance, and a positive, motivating environment for your team. You will play a key role in driving guest satisfaction, developing staff, and enhancing the overall spa offering.,

• Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing spa team.
• Ensure exceptional guest service and memorable spa experiences.
• Manage daily spa operations, scheduling, and staffing levels.
• Drive retail sales, treatment revenue, and membership growth.
• Monitor budgets, payroll, stock control, and financial performance.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
• Recruit, train, and coach team members to deliver excellence.
• Work collaboratively with hotel departments to enhance the overall guest journey.
• Maintain high standards across spa facilities and treatment areas.
  
  Previous experience in a Spa Manager or Senior Spa Supervisor role.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• A passion for wellness, customer service, and hospitality.
• Commercial awareness with a proven ability to drive revenue.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Experience managing budgets, KPIs, and team performance.
• Flexibility to work weekends and peak business periods when required.
