Spa & Leisure Manager

Manage the Spa & Leisure facilities to the high standards expected at Tylney Hall Hotel, delivering excellent customer service while ensuring smooth, effective operation of all facilities. This is a hands-on role responsible for driving spa treatments, retail sales, leisure membership, and overall revenue, while leading and developing the team to deliver consistently high standards. A Level 3 Beauty Therapy qualification is essential, as the role includes carrying out treatments and working some weekends to meet the hotel's operational needs. Spa & Leisure Manager Key Responsibilities: Manage the day-to-day operation of the Spa and Leisure Department. Lead, support and develop the Spa and Leisure team. Manage rotas, staffing, holidays and departmental coverage. Maintain high standards of guest service, cleanliness and presentation. Ensure compliance with health & safety, hygiene and operational procedures. Oversee treatments, leisure facilities, pool operations and equipment. Manage
guest feedback and resolve complaints effectively. Monitor departmental costs, stock and revenue opportunities. Support recruitment, training and performance management. Work closely with other departments to ensure a positive guest experience.
