Spa Host

As a Spa Host at Aqua Sana Forest Spa, you'll ensure every guest enjoys a smooth, relaxing experience with your warm welcome and commitment to exceptional service. What you'll be doing

• Provide a warm, professional welcome and respond to guest queries efficiently
• Support the smooth operation of the spa, working collaboratively with the wider team
• Maintain high standards across spa areas, reporting issues when required
• Lead complimentary wellness sessions and manage bookings using the spa system

Your working hours
• Part-time
• You will be contracted to work a guaranteed minimum of 60 or 120 over a 4-week period. You may be asked to work additional hours in line with operational requirements
• These shifts will fall between 7:30am and 9:30pm and will include working 2 out of 4 weekends
  
  Clear communicator with strong organisation, attention to detail and computer skills
• Proactive and solution-focused, with experience in similar roles or the beauty industry
• Warm and approachable with ability to build relationships at all levels
• Effective time management, teamwork and use of initiative
