As a Newborn Hearing Screener, you will:

• Perform hearing screening tests for newborn babies in hospital and community settings.
• Explain the screening process and results to parents in a sensitive and reassuring manner.
• Maintain accurate patient records and screening data.
• Follow national screening standards and local protocols.
• Work closely with maternity, neonatal, audiology and administrative teams.

We are looking for a caring, motivated and organised individual to join our Newborn Hearing Screening Programme as a Newborn Hearing Screener. This rewarding role gives you the opportunity to identify babies who may have a hearing loss at the earliest possible stage, helping ensure they receive the support they need to thrive.
