Full Job Description

As Sous Chef, you'll be second-in-command, taking responsibility when the Head Chef is away and ensuring consistent quality. You'll also help train junior chefs, manage prep, and maintain kitchen standards.

  • Previous experience as a Sous or strong Chef de Partie in a fresh-food kitchen
  • Good leadership and organisational skills
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and kitchen compliance
  • Enthusiasm for cooking seasonal British pub food
  • A positive, can-do approach and team spirit
