Full Job Description
As Sous Chef, you will play a crucial role in our kitchen operations, supporting the Head Chef in delivering exceptional culinary standards and inspiring our team.,
- Assist the Head Chef in all aspects of kitchen management and food preparation
- Lead and motivate the kitchen team, ensuring high performance and continuous development
- Maintain consistent food quality and presentation, adhering to Brindisa's authentic Spanish culinary standards
- Oversee kitchen operations, including stock management, ordering, and inventory control
- Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations
- Develop and train junior chefs, fostering a positive and productive work environment
- Contribute to menu development and innovation
Proven experience as a Sous Chef or a strong Senior Chef de Partie in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant environment - A genuine passion for Spanish cuisine and high-quality ingredients
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and manage a team
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities
