Full Job Description
This is an excellent opportunity for a strong chef with a high-quality restaurant or fine-dining background who is looking to take the next step in their career within a Michelin-starred kitchen.,
- Support the Head Chef with day-to-day kitchen operations and menu development
- Lead, train and motivate the kitchen brigade
- Maintain exceptional standards of food quality, consistency and presentation
- Assist with stock control, ordering and kitchen organisation
- Ensure high standards of food safety and hygiene
- Support the smooth running of kitchen services
Previous experience as a Sous Chef or Senior Sous Chef within a high-quality restaurant - Michelin-starred experience is preferred but not essential
- Strong fine-dining background will be considered
- Confident leadership and organisational skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Passion for seasonal produce and high-quality cooking
