Full Job Description
The role involves leading the kitchen in the Head Chef's absence, maintaining food safety and hygiene standards, and ensuring that the kitchen operates efficiently and professionally.
The Sous Chef will help drive continuous improvement across all aspects of the operation . Including our daily restaurant and event programmes.
Mainly Monday - Friday shifts
Up to 45 days holidays in line with school closures
